Return and refunds

At LUXE TREAD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at luxetread@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent.

Exchanges

  • We currently allow size or product exchanges (subject to stock availability). If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
