Placing an Order

• Orders can be placed directly through our website, LUXE TREAD, at any time.
  
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking information (once shipped).
  
• Please ensure all details (size, color, address, and contact information) are correct before confirming your order.

Payment Terms

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours

• After this window, the order will be processed and shipped.
  

Failed / Declined Payments

• If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. 'Please ensure correct details are entered or try another payment method.
